We will not give away, sell, rent, lease or lend your private information to anyone else. The information you give to Kids-WoodenToys.com is to help us provide you with better service. When you visit our website you remain anonymous. However, when you place an order, we need to collect certain information such as your name, street address, email address, telephone number, credit card number and accompanying expiration date. This information is used only to purchase your products and ship your products; and is kept secure to protect it from outside parties. The only exception to disclosing your information would be when required by law, to protect our legal rights or if we receive legal process.

All orders will ship 1-2 business days from your order date. Your order will arrive within 4-7 business days from the shipping date depending on where you live in accordance to the initial shipping location.

International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Please allow 15-20 business days after shipment for arrival. The minimum charge for shipping international is $15.00 for the first product and will steadily increase with products.

We will accept returned merchandise with the following provisions.

* Must be within 7 days of order
* All items must be in original packing (unopened)
* There will be a 15% restocking fee
* Customer must pay freight

DAMAGES BY DELIVERY SERVICE
Damages from delivery are the responsibility of the carrier. You are responsible for making claims with the carrier as soon as damage is detected. Save all packing, as it might be required for inspection by the carrier. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
If a product is damaged or defective within proper packaging and no damages were caused during the delivery, if claimed within 3 days, we will either fully refund product including shipping cost, or we will replace product with shipping cost at our expense.

1. When a damaged product is returned, the original box is needed.

2. When returning the item, you will be responsible for it until it arrives to our warehouse. To avoid trouble, we suggest that use a shipping method that issues tracking number and that you insure the package.

3. Please understand that we can only accept damaged items for return that are in their original packaging and that have received a RAN. Any items returned dirty or used will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the purchaser.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN)

1. Please email info@kids-woodentoys.com and state the item title, quantity, item number on website, your name, the address of where the merchandise was shipped to, and the description of the problems of the merchandise and we will email you a return merchandise authorization number for damaged or defective products.

2. All return merchandise need to have a return merchandise authorization number. We cannot accept any return merchandise that has no RAN number.

We accept payments through PayPal and any major Credit Card. It is a 100% secure method of payment. PayPal is free for all consumers and works seamlessly with your existing credit card and checking account. We look to satisfy all of our customers secure service and payment applications.

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. If order has been shipped you should refer to our return policy. Orders are normally shipped within 1-5 days of purchase.
